- Operations: Ring up sales accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Merchandising: Assist with visual merchandising initiatives, including folding clothes and setting up displays according to company standards.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve any issues with a positive and professional attitude.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure store goals are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
