Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a smile, offering personalized assistance and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
- Support special events and promotions within the store.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a focus on satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
