Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer any questions about merchandise.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and returns.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory counts when required.
- Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean and tidy.
- Help with merchandise folding, tagging, and pricing.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Current high school student or recent graduate.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
