Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide friendly assistance with product selection.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise to ensure a visually appealing display.
- Assist with inventory management, including tagging new items and performing regular stock counts.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company dress codes and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Currently enrolled in High School or College.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
