Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly demeanor.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization by restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving deliveries and checking stock levels.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for all positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs comfortably.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Reliable transportation to the San Antonio location.
