Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends and brand aesthetics
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
