Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments
- Merchandise and maintain organized, visually appealing store displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store standards
- Operate equipment safely (forklifts, balers) after proper training
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
