Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, processing payments and handling returns efficiently.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stockrooms to optimize workflow.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and restrooms.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
