Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entry, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as part of a rotating schedule.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and processing transactions.
- A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
