Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection and inquiries.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with strict accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be available to work weekends and evenings.
- Must be willing to attend a walk-in interview on-site.
