Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering questions.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Stock shelves and organize the sales floor to maintain a clean and appealing store appearance.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
