Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a great shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
- Restock merchandise and ensure product displays are appealing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check.
