- Content Strategy: Develop and execute creative content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that align with brand goals.
- Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive online community.
- Video Production: Produce high-quality short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) featuring trending sounds and local Vegas events.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide monthly reports on engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and events teams to promote local happenings and company initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience (1+ year) in social media management or digital content creation.
- Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Premiere Pro is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to cover live events.
- Passion: A strong understanding of current social media trends and algorithms.
