- Remote Support: Utilize remote desktop tools to assist clients with configuration and maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and customer feedback in our ticketing system.
- Training: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients by guiding them through our software features.
- Feedback Loop: Identify common technical trends and relay them to the product development team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems; knowledge of networking basics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
