Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe sales floor.
- Process returns and exchanges according to company policy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays.
