Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging technologies.
- Lead Advanced Model Development: Oversee the research and deployment of next-generation generative models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures that drive competitive advantage.
- System Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency, improve inference accuracy, and optimize cloud costs for large-scale AI workloads.
- Compliance & Ethics: Implement rigorous governance frameworks to ensure AI outputs are safe, unbiased, and compliant with global regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven track record designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations in high-growth environments.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex architectural challenges.
