Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Lead the architectural vision for AI systems designed for the 2026 era, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical compliance.
- Model Development: Design and implement state-of-the-art Deep Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into complex, real-time enterprise environments.
- R&D Leadership: Drive research initiatives to explore emerging technologies such as Neuromorphic computing.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience deploying and optimizing AI workloads on AWS or Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through high-pressure projects.
