In this role, you won't just be writing code; you will be defining the architectural standards for the next era of computing. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI breakthroughs and tangible, scalable product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our next-generation AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing against emerging paradigms like Quantum computing integration.
- Agentic Workflow Implementation: Design and oversee the deployment of autonomous agent workflows that can self-correct and optimize in real-time.
- Model Optimization: Engineer high-performance machine learning models capable of processing petabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and establish best practices for our proprietary 2026-compliant technology stack.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical reality.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated experience with futuristic technologies, including LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and edge AI deployment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
