Job Description
At Nexus 2026, we are not just predicting the future; we are building it. We are seeking a visionary Principal Engineer to spearhead the architectural design of our next-generation quantum-augmented artificial intelligence infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to define the technical roadmap for a project that will redefine industry standards.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI models and scalable, production-grade systems. You will lead a team of elite engineers in deploying resilient, high-performance workloads that can handle the complexity of 2026-era computational challenges. If you are a technical leader passionate about the intersection of AI, quantum computing, and cloud scalability, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy resilient, high-performance AI workloads on cloud-native platforms, specifically tailored for quantum computing integration.
- Lead the technical strategy and execution for "Project 2026," ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and technological feasibility.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize complex data pipelines for real-time processing, low-latency inference, and massive data throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and product management, to translate abstract concepts into concrete technical solutions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for security, observability, and compliance in distributed environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or Machine Learning operations, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to modern AI problems.
