Responsibilities
- System Design & Architecture: Design the core architecture for Project 2026, ensuring seamless integration of AI models with quantum processing units.
- Strategic Planning: Lead the technical roadmap for the 2026 transition, identifying critical dependencies and mitigating risks in a rapidly evolving tech stack.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and systems administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, implementing optimizations to handle the massive data throughput required for 2026-level applications.
- Innovation Management: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to enhance Project 2026 capabilities.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols to protect proprietary algorithms and ensure compliance with future regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in high-scale cloud environments or AI infrastructure.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, or similar languages; experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems.
- AI/Quantum Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and exposure to quantum computing concepts or hardware.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex transitions and architectural overhauls.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to diagnose complex, multi-layered system failures and devise innovative solutions.
