Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM Q/Rigetti preferred)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (QIP, NeurIPS)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum
