Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum neural networks on IBM Q and Rigetti systems
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for AI workloads
- Research novel quantum algorithms for unsupervised learning and generative modeling
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable engineering specifications
- Maintain quantum system performance benchmarks and optimization protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum machine learning algorithms or quantum software
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or PyQuil)
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments and parallel processing
- Strong background in neural networks and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum AI (preferred)
