Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for next-generation AI systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously intractable computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum machine learning pipelines
- Conduct cutting-edge research in quantum error correction and AI optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI compatible systems
- Present breakthrough findings at premier industry conferences and academic symposiums
- Secure and manage high-stakes quantum computing infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Physics (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms or advanced neural networks
- Expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction techniques
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing systems
- Exceptional problem-solving skills for multi-dimensional optimization challenges
