Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-AI hybrid algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum solutions to enterprise clients in finance, logistics, and healthcare
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum neural networks in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) environments
- Author whitepapers and patents on quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing principles and Python-based quantum simulation frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors optimized for AI workloads
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in machine learning architectures and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Proven track record of publishing in quantum computing or AI conferences (e.g., QIP, NeurIPS)
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and high-performance computing environments
