Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks to solve NP-hard optimization problems
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical models into scalable prototypes
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals and conferences
- Secure and manage research partnerships with leading academic institutions and government labs
- Drive innovation in quantum neural networks and quantum-inspired machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) with quantum integration experience
- Demonstrated track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing or AI research
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and quantum simulators
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
