Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years leading R&D teams in quantum/AI domains
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and machine learning integration
- Track record of securing federal research grants
