Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for next-gen AI systems
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures leveraging qubit entanglement properties
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives combining quantum computing with deep learning frameworks
- Optimize quantum circuit designs for error-resilient AI training processes
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at major conferences
- Secure research partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Mentor PhD candidates and junior researchers in quantum AI methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI/quantum computing journals
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and information theory
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation software
- Demonstrated ability to secure research grants exceeding $1M
