Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead breakthrough research in quantum neural networks and error correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical computing interfaces
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at international conferences
- Develop patentable IP for quantum machine learning methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computing best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using frameworks like Qiskit or Cirq
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and classical AI optimization
- Publication record in top-tier journals (Nature/Science/IEEE Quantum)
- Proficiency with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
