Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams to deploy quantum algorithms on real-world datasets
- Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier journals and industry whitepapers
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum circuit performance
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy techniques
- Strong background in theoretical physics or computational complexity
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable quantum algorithm implementations
