Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures for enterprise solutions
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI integration protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals and conferences
- mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum AI frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum machine learning
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI at NeurIPS/ICML/APS meetings
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical research into practical implementations
