Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms leveraging NISQ-era hardware for AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical ML pipelines
- Author peer-reviewed publications on quantum machine learning optimization
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to co-design quantum-AI integration architectures
- Develop patent-pending approaches for quantum error correction in neural networks
- Present breakthrough findings at premier conferences (QIP, NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Computer Science, or Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum circuit optimization
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum field theory
