Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced machine learning algorithms for real-world applications
- Develop novel quantum neural network architectures leveraging 2026-era quantum processors
- Create hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for optimization problems in logistics and drug discovery
- Lead cross-functional teams in deploying quantum AI solutions at industrial scale
- Author white papers and patents on quantum-AI convergence methodologies
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-compatible neural processing units
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum machine learning best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#) and quantum error correction
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum-AI integration
- Proficiency in tensor network simulations and quantum circuit optimization
- Demonstrated experience deploying hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing and fault-tolerant architectures
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to interdisciplinary teams
- Portfolio of 3+ open-source quantum-AI frameworks or libraries
