Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 3+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences (NeurIPS, QIP)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction protocols
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with CUDA optimization skills
