Responsibilities
- Architect hybrid quantum-AI systems leveraging neuromorphic computing principles
- Design fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for real-world deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning frameworks
- Optimize quantum algorithms for NISQ-era hardware limitations
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic solutions for enterprise applications
- Translate complex quantum phenomena into actionable business strategies
- Drive patent development for proprietary quantum-AI integration methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and qubit mapping techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Demonstrated experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in machine learning and neural network design
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to executive stakeholders
- Active security clearance preferred
