Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in quantum machine learning and neural network optimization
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing systems
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into practical business solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and AI accelerators
- File patents for novel quantum-AI integration methodologies
- Present breakthrough findings at global technology symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or enterprise AI systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, and TensorFlow Quantum frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy implications for AI
- Strong background in complex system architecture design
