Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithm development using Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent frameworks
- Publication record in Nature/Science or equivalent high-impact journals
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum machine learning and variational quantum algorithms
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse technical and non-technical audiences
