Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to bridge quantum software and physical qubit systems
- Lead research initiatives targeting quantum advantage in real-world industrial problems
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum computing curriculum development
- Develop patentable solutions with commercialization potential by 2026

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development with proven publications
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in complexity theory and computational mathematics
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into practical implementations
