Responsibilities
- Design System Architecture: Architect and design scalable quantum-classical hybrid systems tailored for enterprise applications.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize quantum algorithms to solve high-value business problems.
- Error Correction: Implement robust error correction protocols to ensure system stability and reliability.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical roadmap for quantum integration, aligning with the company’s vision for 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of quantum engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and hardware engineers.
- Proof of Concepts: Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate new quantum technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on high-performance computing or quantum computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Programming: Strong expertise in Python, C++, or Rust.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and quantum gates.
- Cloud Experience: Experience deploying solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Cloud).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
