What You'll Accomplish: Lead the conceptualization and development of fault-tolerant quantum processors, pioneer hybrid quantum-classical algorithms, and collaborate with Fortune 500 partners to solve previously impossible computational challenges. You'll directly contribute to solving climate modeling, drug discovery, and optimization problems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for 2026-era applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Track record of translating quantum theory into practical solutions
