Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial and research applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and implementation
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence and gate fidelity improvements
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Publish breakthrough research in leading quantum computing journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proven track record in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing systems
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields (IEEE, Nature, etc.)
- Certification in quantum computing from recognized institutions (IBM Quantum, Google AI Quantum)
