Responsibilities

- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for pharmaceutical and energy sectors
- Establish security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography systems
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish cutting-edge research
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience with quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface codes, LDPC)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
