Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial-scale applications
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Translate quantum algorithms into practical implementations for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Secure patents for breakthrough quantum methodologies
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum hardware/software integration
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mastery of quantum error correction and topological qubit systems
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems beyond NISQ era
- Experience securing government/DoD quantum research funding
