Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Lead prototyping of quantum hardware-software interfaces
- Research breakthrough applications in drug discovery and climate modeling
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite and investors
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in emerging algorithms
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil) and frameworks
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or topological quantum computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory to practical applications
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
