Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Research and integrate emerging quantum hardware technologies including superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction protocols to achieve quantum advantage in commercial environments
- Create technical roadmaps aligning quantum capabilities with market demands through 2026
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards and protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 8+ years experience considered)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
