Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and circuits for optimization, simulation, and cryptographic applications
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise-scale deployment
- Lead quantum error correction protocols to achieve fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines
- Develop quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in top-tier journals
- Partner with hardware teams to co-design quantum processor architectures
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum software development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
- Expertise in cloud quantum computing platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
