Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning
- Collaborate with research teams to integrate quantum supremacy breakthroughs into production systems
- Develop quantum error correction protocols and fault-tolerant computing frameworks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and foster innovation culture
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or high-performance system design
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proven track record of publishing quantum research or developing production quantum systems
- Excellent communication skills for translating quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
