Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Create hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Publish research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical designs into functional prototypes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience considered)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
