Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for commercial and research applications
- Design error-corrected qubit systems with 99.9% fidelity targets
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration
- Establish security protocols for quantum-encrypted communications
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning applications
- Collaborate with academic partners on cutting-edge research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or error-correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Strong background in superconducting or trapped-ion quantum systems
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into working prototypes
- Certification in quantum security protocols (QKD, QKD+)
