Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks using Qiskit and Cirq
- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum supremacy applications in cryptography and materials science
- Mentor cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols
- Secure partnerships with quantum hardware providers (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Publish research in Nature Physics and IEEE Quantum Journal
- Drive quantum cloud infrastructure development on AWS Braket
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and decoherence mitigation
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-stakes environments
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing publications
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum machine learning frameworks (PennyLane, TensorFlow Quantum)
