Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm implementation and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control systems and qubit integration
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics) for commercial applications
- Present quantum solutions to enterprise clients and government agencies
- Contribute to open-source quantum frameworks and industry standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing with demonstrated algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in quantum information theory or topological computing
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Proven ability to translate complex quantum concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders
